StudioOS on your phone

Open StudioOS in your phone's browser and sign in. The layout changes to a simple phone view with a menu along the bottom. To open it like an app, use Add to Home Screen. Nothing to download from an app store.

  • See upcoming and past sessions, sorted by month
  • Create a session with four details: client, session type, date and time
  • Share a booking link with a QR code, a text or a copy button
  • Check a session's payment, contract, questionnaire and notes
  • Look at your calendar, inquiries and galleries

Flexible payment plans

Offer pay in full, a retainer with a balance, or a flexible plan. Payments are charged on schedule and every one is recorded on the client's invoice.

Automatic booking emails in one place

Settings, then Emails, shows what goes out on its own and when. Confirmations send once a booking is confirmed, and balance reminders go out before the session.

A booking link for each collection

Send a client straight to one package with its price already chosen. Your full booking page still works for clients who want to compare.

What StudioOS does

One place to run your photography business.

From the first inquiry to the final gallery, these are the things StudioOS handles for you today.

  • Clients and inquiries

Every inquiry lands in one list. Each client has one page with their sessions, payments, notes and galleries.

  • Booking page

Your signature sessions and your seasonal and special sessions, including minis and full sessions, on one page with your branding.

  • Scheduling

Clients pick an open time. Mini session times stay hidden until you release them, and the same time can't be booked twice.

  • Contracts and questionnaires

Clients sign and answer as part of booking, on a phone or a computer. You can resend what's still unfinished.

  • Payments and payment plans

Retainers, balances and payment plans with card payments. Balance invoices can send before the session on their own.

  • Automatic emails

Booking confirmations and reminders go out at the right time, and you can see what was sent to each client.

  • Client galleries

Deliver beautiful galleries with favorites and downloads. Downloads are protected with the client's email and a PIN.

  • Calendar

Sessions show in your studio's time zone, and you can follow them from Apple Calendar.

Where it came from

Built by a photographer.Designed by a photographer.Used by a photographer.Now launching for photographers.

StudioOS wasn't created inside a boardroom.

It wasn't designed by people guessing how photographers work.

It was built after years of answering late-night inquiries, chasing contracts, editing until midnight, delivering galleries, sending invoices, balancing family life, and asking the same question over and over:

Why is running my business harder than creating the photographs?

Every feature inside StudioOS exists because a real photographer needed it first.

Created by professional photographer Jina LaFary, StudioOS Suite began development in early 2026. Read Jina's story

“It is the first tool that made my studio feel organized instead of managed. I stopped dreading Monday.”
Founding photographer · Family and newborn studio
“Inquiry to signed contract to deposit, in one afternoon. My clients think I hired someone.”
Founding photographer · Weddings and elopements

The problem

Your photography business doesn't belong in twelve different apps.

  • Inquiries
  • Contracts
  • Questionnaires
  • Invoices
  • Payments
  • Scheduling
  • Calendar
  • Email
  • Client communication
  • Galleries
  • Workflows
  • Follow-ups

Everything finally works together.

How the day feels

One workspace, in the order your day actually happens.

An inquiry arrives. A date gets held. A contract is signed on a phone. A retainer lands. A gallery goes out. None of it needs a second app — or your memory.

Inquiries & booking

An inquiry arrives at midnight. It is already handled.

Most bookings are lost in the gap between the message and the reply — the days spent trading dates, prices and links.

Your booking page answers with your collections, holds the date, sends the contract and collects the retainer while you sleep.

Clients & the studio record

Everything you know about a family, in one page.

The details that make clients feel remembered live in your head, your texts and a notes app you can never find.

Sessions, galleries, invoices, preferences and the small human notes gather themselves into one calm client record.

Contracts, invoices & payments

Getting paid should not require courage.

Chasing a balance is the least enjoyable part of the work, so it gets postponed — quietly, expensively.

Contracts sign on a phone. Invoices send themselves. Reminders go out in your voice, before the balance is ever awkward.

Calendar & automations

The follow-up you meant to send has already gone.

Prep notes, reminders, questionnaires, thank-yous — all of it depends on remembering on the right day.

Set the rhythm once. StudioOS keeps it, session after session, so the experience never depends on your memory.

Client galleries

The moment they open the gallery is part of the work too.

Full-bleed on a laptop. Effortless on a phone. Your name on it, never ours.
